At Proclean Products we back the quality of everything we sell and will always meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to size, damage in transit, or the item has a manufacturing fault, we will exchange or refund you to the full cost of your purchase.
Please note:
- Goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original condition/product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Contact Proclean Products via email (contact@procleanproducts.co.nz) with an explanation of the product defect or reason why you wish to exchange your purchase or receive a refund. Please include order number, your name, postal address, contact phone number and email address.
